What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
8 slices whole grain bread
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
4 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled
1/4 cup chopped banana
4 egg s
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. powdered sugar

Spread each bread slice with 1 Tbsp. peanut butter. Top half the bread slices with 1 Tbsp. each bacon and bananas; cover with remaining bread slices. Lightly press edges together to seal.
Whisk eggs, milk and vanilla in pie plate until blended.
Dip sandwiches, 1 at a time, in egg mixture, turning to evenly moisten both sides of each sandwich.
Spray large heavy skillet with cooking spray; heat on medium heat. Add sandwiches; cook 2 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides. Sprinkle with sugar.
Serve with a fresh fruit salad as part of a delicious breakfast.
