What You Need
Original recipe yields 18 servings
1 pkg. (17.5 oz.) sugar cookie mix
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup JELL-O Berry Blue Flavor Gelatin (1/2 of 3-oz. pkg.)
1/4 cup JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin (1/2 of 3-oz. pkg.)
1/4 cup toasted BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, chopped, divided
3 oz. BAKER'S White Chocolate

Let's Make It
Beat first 4 ingredients with mixer until blended. Divide dough in half; place each half in separate medium bowl. Add different flavor dry gelatin mix and 2 Tbsp. coconut to dough in each bowl; mix well. Refrigerate 30 min.
Heat oven to 375ºF. Drop 2 tsp. of each cookie dough, touching side by side, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 9 to 11 min. or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on baking sheets 1 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
Melt chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over cookies. Let stand until firm.
Prepare using any 2 contrasting colors of JELL-O Gelatin Mix. Substitute BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate for the BAKER'S White Chocolate.
For a darker blue color, add 1 to 2 drops of blue food coloring to the blue cookie dough before refrigerating.
