Let's Make It
Heat greased grill to medium heat.
Mix salsa and lime juice; reserve 1/2 cup salsa mixture for later use. Combine taco seasoning mix and lime zest; sprinkle 1/2 tsp. seasoning mixture on chicken.
Grill chicken 15 min. on each side. Brush with remaining salsa mixture; grill 10 to 15 min. or until done (165°F), turning and brushing occasionally with remaining salsa mixture.
Meanwhile, bring cucumbers, peppers, chiles, cilantro, remaining taco seasoning mixture, and reserved salsa mixture to boil in saucepan on medium heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
Serve chicken with salsa mixture.
Serve with a bagged green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing, such as Italian or Ranch.
Keeping It Safe
Let meat, poultry and seafood cook on the grill for a couple minutes after the last brush with a basting sauce. This prevents bacterial contamination since the basting brush was probably used on the food when it was raw.
