1 pkg. (2-layer size) white cake mix
2 Tbsp. COUNTRY TIME Lemonade Flavor Drink Mix
3/4 cup boiling water
1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin
1 tsp. lemon zest
ice cubes
1/3 cup cold orange juice
1-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
1 cup blueberries

Prepare cake batter as directed on package, adding drink mix with eggs. Bake in 13x9-inch pan as directed on package. Cool completely in pan.

Add boiling water to gelatin mix and lemon zest in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add enough ice cubes to orange juice to measure 3/4 cup. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Stir in COOL WHIP. Spread over cake; top with blueberries.

Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
