What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
1/4 cup olive oil
3 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. dried Italian seasoning
2 lb. fresh asparagus spears, trimmed

Let's Make It
Heat grill to medium heat.
Mix all ingredients except asparagus until blended. Brush 1/4 cup onto asparagus.
Grill 10 to 12 min. or until crisp-tender, turning occasionally. Transfer to plate.
Drizzle with remaining oil mixture.
Substitute dried oregano leaves for the Italian seasoning.
Sprinkle asparagus with 1 pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese just before serving.
For more color, prepare using mixed fresh green and white asparagus spears.
