What You Need
Original recipe yields 32 servings
1-1/2 cups flour
1-1/2 cups old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats, uncooked
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup golden raisins
3 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
1/2 cup BAKER'S Premium White Chocolate Morsels
1/2 cup BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Heat oven to 375°F.
Mix flour, oats and baking soda. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Add flour mixture; mix well. Stir in raisins.
Press half the crumb mixture onto bottom and slightly up sides of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Top with marshmallows, morsels and remaining crumb mixture.
Bake 18 to 22 min. or until golden brown. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
One serving, one cookie, is all that is needed to provide big chocolate flavor.
Creative Bar Cookie Shapes
Don't be square! When cutting bar cookies, create various shapes. For triangles, first cut the cookies into squares. Then, cut each square diagonally in half to form triangles. For diamonds, cut straight lines down the length of the pan, then cut more straight lines the same width apart diagonally across the pan.
