What You Need
Original recipe yields 18 servings
6 ears corn on the cob, husks and silk removed
1/2 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
18 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, uncooked

Let's Make It
Heat grill to medium heat.
Cut each ear of corn into 3 pieces. Mix mayo, garlic and chili powder until blended; spread onto corn pieces. Sprinkle with cheese. Wrap 1 bacon slice around each corn piece, overlapping bacon slice.
Grill 15 to 18 min. or until bacon is crisp and corn is tender, turning frequently.
For a spicier version, sprinkle with ground red pepper (cayenne).
Use white or bi-color corn, which is sweeter than yellow corn, for a sweet and savory taste.
Stir 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro into the mayo mixture.
Omit garlic and chile powder. Prepare using KRAFT Mayo Hot & Spicy Flavored Mayonnaise.
