1 cup brewed strong MAXWELL HOUSE Italian Espresso Roast Coffee
1 cup apple cider
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 cups hot milk
1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
1/4 tsp. apple pie spice

Cook coffee, cider and sugar in saucepan on medium heat 5 min. or until sugar is dissolved and mixture is heated through, stirring frequently. Pour into 4 mugs.

Add milk to 1-qt. jar; cover with lid. Shake until frothy; pour over coffee.

Combine COOL WHIP and apple pie spice; spoon over lattes.

Variation
Prepare using fat-free milk and COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping.
Substitute
If you don't have apple pie spice, mix a dash each of ground cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice until blended before mixing with the COOL WHIP and using as directed.
