What You Need
Original recipe yields 12 servings
1-1/2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S White Chocolate (6 oz.), broken into small pieces
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
2 egg s
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 350°F.
Spray 9-1/2-inch tart pan with removable bottom with cooking spray.
Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Stir in sugar. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add flour, cranberries and nuts; mix well.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 25 to 30 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool completely. Remove tart from side of pan before serving.
A small slice of this brownie tart can fit into a balanced eating plan on occasion.
If you don't have a tart pan, you can instead use a foil-lined 9-inch round pan to prepare this delicious tart. Use foil handles to remove tart from pan before cutting to serve.
