Microwave butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 sec. or until melted. Add 4 cups marshmallows; toss until evenly coated. Microwave 1-1/2 min. or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 45 sec. Add cereal; mix well. Press onto bottom of 9-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Place caramels in medium microwaveable bowl. Add 1/4 cup milk. Microwave 2 to 2-1/2 min. or until caramels are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after each minute; stir in nuts and remaining marshmallows. Spread to completely cover cereal mixture in pan.
Microwave chocolate and remaining milk in microwaveable bowl 2 min. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 30 sec.; spread over dessert. Cool completely.
