Original recipe yields 8 servings
1/2 cup KRAFT VIVA Italian Dressing
1/4 cup tightly packed fresh parsley leaves
1/4 cup tightly packed fresh basil leaves
2 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-1/4-inch pieces
1 red pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 yellow squash, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices

Blend first 6 ingredients in blender until smooth.
Thread chicken onto 8 skewers alternately with vegetables; place in shallow dish. Pour dressing mixture over kabobs; turn to evenly coat all sides of kabobs with dressing mixture. Refrigerate 20 min. to marinate.
Heat grill to medium heat. Remove kabobs from marinade; discard marinade. Grill kabobs 4 to 5 min. on each side or until chicken is done.
Use Your Broiler
Marinate ingredients and assemble kabobs as directed. Heat broiler. Remove kabobs from marinade; discard marinade. Place kabobs on broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 8 to 10 min. or until chicken is done, turning occasionally.
If using wooden skewers, soak skewers in water for 30 min. before using to assemble kabobs to prevent them from burning on the grill.
