3/4 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
1/4 tsp. zest and 1 Tbsp. juice from 1 lime
2 green onions, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
12 small skin-on salmon fillet s (3 lb.)
2 Tbsp. oil

Heat greased grill to medium-high heat.

Mix all ingredients except fish and oil until blended. Brush fish with oil.

Grill fish, skin sides down, 8 to 10 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing with barbecue sauce mixture for the last 5 min.

How to Grill on a Cedar Plank
Submerge and weigh down 2 untreated cedar planks (14x7x1 inch) in water 4 hours. Brush planks with oil; top with fish, skin sides down. Place planks on grill grate. Grill 20 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing with barbecue sauce mixture after 10 min.
Grill Salmon Fillets Skin-Side Down
When you grill salmon fillets with the skin on, there is no need to flip them over. Just grill your salmon skin-side down with the lid closed until they are done.
