Original recipe yields 2 servings
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup each yellow squash and zucchini slices, cut in half
1 cup mostaccioli, cooked
1 cup CLASSICO Caramelized Onion & Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce
1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided

Cook and stir vegetables in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 min. or until squash and zucchini are crisp-tender.
Add pasta, pasta sauce and 1/4 cup cheese; mix well. Cook on medium heat 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
Top with remaining cheese; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 2 min. or until cheese is melted.
Substitute 1 cup each thin green and red pepper strips for the yellow squash and zucchini.
This easy-to-make recipe can easily be doubled to make 4 servings.
Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley or basil, and 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese before serving.
