1/2 cup (1/2 of 8-oz. tub) PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Bring water and milk to boil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat.

Gradually stir in grits until blended; cook on low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.

Add remaining ingredients; stir until cheeses are completely melted. Serve hot.
