What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1 red pepper, cut into strips
1 zucchini, sliced
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup KRAFT Classic CATALINA Dressing
1 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
1-1/2 cups fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked

Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry 5 min. or until done.
Add vegetables; stir-fry 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender.
Stir in dressing and soy sauce; cook 1 min.
Add broth and rice. Bring to boil; cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.
Partially freeze chicken 20 min. to make slicing easier. Or, prepare recipe using pre-cut stir-fry chicken strips purchased form the meat section of your grocery store.
