Let's Make It
Heat oven to 350°F.
Line 15x10x1-inch pan with foil; spray with cooking spray. Whisk milk, egg product, vanilla and cinnamon in shallow dish until blended.
Dip bread slices, 1 at a time, into milk mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each bread slice. Place in single layer in prepared pan; sprinkle with nuts.
Bake 20 to 25 min. or until golden brown. Serve with fruit and yogurt.
Freeze cooked slices of French toast by placing in single layer in freezer-weight resealable plastic bags. When ready to serve, toast each slice on low setting in toaster.
Serve French toast with whatever fresh fruit is in season. Using 1 cup of each of 3 different fruits is a great way to add variety and color.
Substitute 2 eggs for the egg product.
Get your day off to a great start with this low-calorie, low-sodium main dish. The colorful combination of fruit adds an excellent source of vitamin C to whole grain French toast.
