3 cups boiling water
2 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
2 Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee
1 tub (16 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping (Do not thaw.), divided
1 cup sliced strawberries

Add boiling water to combined gelatin mixes and coffee granules in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add 2/3 of the frozen COOL WHIP; stir with whisk until COOL WHIP is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
Pour into serving bowl.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Meanwhile, refrigerate remaining COOL WHIP until thawed.
Top dessert with remaining COOL WHIP and strawberries just before serving.
