What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
2 lb. red potatoes (about 6)
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. HEINZ Ketchup Blended with Sriracha Flavor
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
2 Tbsp. KRAFT 100% Grated Three Cheese Blend

Let's Make It
Prick potatoes with fork; place in 3-qt. microwaveable casserole. Add water; cover with lid. Microwave on HIGH 10 min.; drain. Rinse potatoes with cold water; cool.
Cut potatoes into quarters; place in large bowl. Mix mayo, ketchup and red pepper until blended. Add to potatoes; mix lightly. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Heat greased grill to medium heat. Thread potatoes onto 8 small metal skewers; brush with mayo mixture remaining in bowl. Grill 8 to 10 min. or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, turning after 5 min. Transfer to platter; sprinkle with cheese.
Use Your Stove Top
To parboil the potatoes on the stove top instead of in the microwave, place potatoes in Dutch oven or large deep skillet. Add enough water to cover potatoes. Bring to boil on high heat; simmer on medium-low heat 18 min. Drain, then continue as directed.
Prepare using KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese.
Substitute MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing for the mayo.
