4 egg s, beaten
4 cups cooked long-grain white rice
4 green onion s, sliced

Microwave eggs in medium microwaveable bowl sprayed with cooking spray on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 min. or until just set. Break up eggs with fork.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Microwave on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 min. or until heated through.
Add 1/2 cup leftover vegetables such as peas, chopped broccoli or chopped peppers along with rice for extra flavor.
Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Finely Shredded Cheddar Cheese just before serving.
Substitute 2 Tbsp. chopped OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham for the bacon.
