What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 cup long-grain white rice, uncooked
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
1/4 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1 small red pepper, cut into thin strips
1/2 lb. sugar snap peas, trimmed
2 green onions, diagonally sliced

Cook rice as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, mix cornstarch, ginger and soy sauce until blended.
Heat dressing in wok or large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; stir-fry 2 min. Add peppers and peas; stir-fry 3 min. Add onions and rice; stir-fry 1 min. or until chicken is done.
Stir cornstarch mixture. Add to chicken mixture; stir-fry 1 min. or until sauce is thickened.
For a spicier flavor, add 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper to the cornstarch mixture before using as directed.
Prepare using long-grain brown rice or 1-1/2 cups instant brown rice.
