What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
5 red potatoes (1-1/2 lb.), thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
2 Tbsp. butter, cut up
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives

Let's Make It
Heat grill to medium heat.
Place potatoes on center of large sheet heavy-duty foil sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle with cheese, seasoning and pepper. Dot with butter; fold to make packet.
Place packet on grill grate; grill 30 to 40 min. or until potatoes are tender, carefully turning packet every 10 min.
Sprinkle potatoes with bacon, parsley and chives before serving.
Serve with drizzled with HEINZ Tomato Ketchup.
How to Speed-Up Grilling Potato Slices
Give potatoes a head start by partially cooking whole potatoes in the microwave or in boiling water 5 to 10 min. before grilling. Meanwhile, heat grill to medium heat. Cut potatoes into slices; continue recipe as directed, then grill 10 to 15 min. or until tender, turning occasionally.
Use long-handled grill tongs to carefully turn packet during grilling.
