Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/3 cup plus 1 Tbsp. HEINZ Buffalo Wing Sauce, divided
2 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1/2 lb.)
1 ready-to-use thin baked pizza crust (12 inch)
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
1/2 cup KRAFT Natural Blue Cheese Crumbles

Heat grill for indirect grilling: Light one side of grill, leaving other side unlit. Close lid; heat grill to 400ºF.
Mix oil and 1 Tbsp. wing sauce. Drizzle over chicken in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of breasts. Refrigerate 5 min.
Place chicken over lit area of grill; cook 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165ºF). Cool slightly; cut into bite-size pieces.
Spread pizza crust with remaining wing sauce; top with chicken and cheeses.
Place pizza on grill over unlit area; cover. Grill 12 to 15 min. or until cheeses are melted and crust is golden brown, monitoring for consistent grill temperature.
Forget delivery! Serve this homemade pizza with a crisp mixed green salad to round out the meal.
Sprinkle pizza with 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery before topping with cheeses and grilling.
Watch carefully. It may be necessary to rotate the pizza halfway through the grilling time since the side of the pizza closest to the lit side of the grill may brown more quickly than the other side.
