2/3 cup boiling water
1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Raspberry Flavor Gelatin
ice cubes
1/2 cup cold water
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
1-3/4 cups frozen raspberries
24 graham crackers, broken crosswise in half

Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add enough ice to cold water to measure 1 cup. Add to gelatin; stir until ice is completely melted and gelatin is slightly thickened.

Whisk in COOL WHIP until blended. Stir raspberries into gelatin mixture. Refrigerate 20 min. or until mixture is thick enough to mound.

Spoon 1/4 cup of the gelatin mixture onto each of 24 graham squares. Cover with remaining graham squares to make 24 sandwiches. Freeze 2 hours or until firm. Wrap individually in plastic wrap; place in freezer-weight resealable plastic bag. Store in freezer up to 2 months. Let stand 10 min. at room temperature before serving.

Prepare recipe as directed, using JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin and frozen mixed berries.
2 in 1 Dessert: Make Tarts and Frozen Sandwiches
Stir raspberries into gelatin/COOL WHIP mixture as directed. Refrigerate 20 min. or until gelatin mixture is thick enough to mound. Spoon 1/2 cup gelatin mixture into each of 6 mini graham cracker pie crusts. Refrigerate 10 min. Use remaining gelatin mixture and 12 halved graham crackers to make 12 frozen sandwiches as directed.
