Beat egg and drink mix in large bowl with mixer until ingredients are well blended and drink mix is dissolved. Add dry cake mix and COOL WHIP; beat until blended. (Dough will be stiff.)
Shape dough into 24 balls, using about 1 Tbsp. dough for each ball. Place, 2 inches apart, on parchment-covered baking sheets. Gently press candy eyes into tops of dough balls.
Bake 8 to 9 min. or just until edges of cookies are set. (Do not overbake.) Cool on baking sheet 2 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
Prepare using your favorite flavor of unsweetened KOOL-AID.
