1 pkg. (16 oz.) pound cake mix
Cold brewed strong MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee
1 tsp. orange zest

Let's Make It
Prepare cake batter as directed on package, substituting coffee for the water. Stir in orange zest.
Bake as directed on package for 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Cool cake in pan 10 min.; remove to wire rack. Cool completely.
Cut cake into slices and grill or broil until toasted. Top with a scoop of ice cream, a drizzle of your favorite ice cream topping and a dollop of thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping for an easy, yet elegant dessert.
Omit strong brewed coffee. Add 2 Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee granules with the water called for in the package directions.
Wrap in plastic wrap to store.
