Simplicity is the name of the game when you make our Spicy Parmesan-Crusted Chicken—but that doesn't mean you won't be in for enjoyably complex tastes!
What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp. crushed red pepper
6 small boneless skinless chicken thigh s (1-1/2 lb.)

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 400°F.
Spray shallow baking dish with cooking spray. Combine cheese, parsley and crushed pepper in pie plate.
Add chicken, 1 thigh at a time, turning to evenly coat both sides of each thigh. Place in prepared baking dish.
Bake 20 to 25 min. or until chicken is done (165°F), turning after 13 min.
Coat chicken with cheese mixture as directed; cut into 1-inch strips. Place chicken strips on skewers, then place on rack of broiler pan. Broil 5 min. on each side or until chicken is done. Serve as an appetizer with your favorite salsa. Makes 16 appetizer servings.
Serve with steamed vegetables and a small mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing.
