1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1 pkt. SHAKE ‘N BAKE Seasoned Panko Seasoned Coating Mix
6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.), pounded to 1/4-inch thickness
1 Tbsp. butter
1-1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped onion s
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup Marsala wine
1 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Heat oven to 375°F.

Add thyme to coating mix in the shaker bag; shake gently to combine. Use to coat chicken as directed on package. Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake 28 to 30 min. or until chicken is done.

Meanwhile, heat butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add mushrooms, onions and garlic; cook 3 to 5 min. or until onions are tender and mushroom liquid has cooked off, stirring frequently. Stir in wine; bring to boil. Mix broth and cornstarch until blended. Add to skillet. Bring to boil, stirring constantly; simmer on low heat 2 to 3 min. or until thickened, stirring occasionally.

Serve chicken topped with sauce and parsley.

How to Pound Chicken Breasts
Place 2 of the chicken breasts in large freezer-weight resealable plastic bag. Pound chicken with the side of a heavy can, rolling pin or meat mallet until chicken is 1/4-inch thick. Remove chicken from bag; set aside. Repeat with remaining chicken breasts.

Substitute
Substitute dried marjoram leaves for the dried thyme leaves.

Variation
Omit wine. Increase fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth to 1-1/2 cups.
