What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Lime Vinaigrette Dressing
1 canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
1 tsp. lime zest
8 boneless skinless chicken thigh s (2 lb.)
3 chayote s (1-1/2 lb.), pitted, each cut into 8 wedges
1 large onion, cut into 4 wedges
8 cups loosely packed torn mixed salad greens
1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 Tbsp. KRAFT 100% Grated Romano Cheese
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

Heat grill to medium heat.
Blend dressing, chipotle pepper and lime zest in blender until smooth. Reserve 1/3 cup for later use.
Grill chicken, chayotes and onions 20 min. or until chayotes are tender and chicken is done (165ºF), turning occasionally and brushing with remaining dressing mixture for the last 5 min.
Cut each onion wedge crosswise in half; toss with salad greens, tomatoes and chayotes in large bowl. Add reserved dressing mixture; mix lightly. Spoon onto platter.
Cut chicken thighs in half; place over salad. Top with cheese, bacon and cilantro.
Prepare using 8 small boneless skinless chicken breasts.
For more heat, use 2 canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce.
Prepare using KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing.
