What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
1-1/2 lb. extra-lean ground beef
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup KRAFT Cucumber Ranch Dressing
1-1/2 tsp. each garam masala, ground coriander, ground cumin
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)

Heat oven to 400ºF.
Mix ingredients just until blended.
Shape into 48 (1-inch) meatballs; place on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 20 min. or until done (160ºF).
For a traditional Indian accompaniment, serve with raita. To prepare, combine 1-1/4 cups each finely chopped English cucumbers and plain Greek yogurt with 2/3 cup KRAFT Cucumber Ranch Dressing and 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint.
For more flavor, add 1 tsp. dried fenugreek leaves to meat mixture before shaping into meatballs.
