1/4 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1 tsp. garam masala
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
4 cups small cauliflower florets
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Heat oven to 425ºF.

Mix first 4 ingredients until blended. Add to cauliflower in large bowl; mix lightly.

Spread onto rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake 25 min. or until cauliflower is tender and lightly browned; spoon into serving bowl.

Add cilantro and lemon juice; mix lightly.
