What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
1/4 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Three Cheese Blend
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning, divided
1 pkt. SHAKE ‘N BAKE Seasoned Panko Seasoned Coating Mix
3 zucchini (1 lb.), cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
1/3 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
2 Tbsp. HEINZ Malt Vinegar
2 tsp. GREY POUPON Harvest Coarse Ground Mustard

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 450ºF.
Add cheese and 3/4 tsp. Italian seasoning to coating mix in shaker bag; shake gently to combine. Whisk egg in medium bowl until blended.
Add zucchini, in batches, to egg; toss until evenly coated. Use tongs to add 1/4 of the zucchini to coating mix in shaker bag; close bag, then shake to evenly coat zucchini. Spread onto rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Repeat with remaining zucchini.
Bake 12 to 13 min. or until golden brown, turning after 7 min. Meanwhile, mix sour cream, vinegar, mustard and remaining Italian seasoning until blended.
Serve zucchini with sour cream mixture.
Substitute your favorite flavor of KRAFT Lite Dressing for the sour cream mixture. Or, serve zucchini with your favorite dipping sauce.
Prepare using yellow summer squash.
