A fun twist on a fruit tart, featuring a chocolate crispy cereal treat crust and all your favorite fruit!
What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
1-1/2 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
3 cups cocoa sweetened rice cereal
3 cups TOPPING
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 container (7 oz.) JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme
5-6 strawberries, cut into thin slices
9-10 mandarin oranges
8-9 pineapple chunks
1 kiwi slice

Let's Make It
Butter the sides and bottom of an 8 inch round springform pan. Place an 8 inch round parchment paper circle in the bottom of the pan. In a medium pot over medium-low heat, add the butter. Use a spatula to stir the butter to help it melt.
Add the JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows and stir with a spatula until they are completely melted.
Add the chocolate crispy cereal to the pot and stir until the cereal is coated.Evenly press the mixture into the prepared 8 inch round springform pan. Cool.
In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer for 1-2 minutes or until fluffy. Add in the JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme, stir with a spatula until incorporated.
Remove the chocolate crispy cereal treat from the pan. Spread the topping evenly on top of the cereal treat.
Arrange the strawberries, mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, kiwi, and blueberries as desired. Cut and serve.
