4 baking potato es (2 lb.)
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
1 pkg. (5 oz.) KRAFT Natural Blue Cheese Crumbles
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled

Heat oven to 400°F.
Prick potatoes in several places with fork. Bake 1 hour. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F.
Cut potatoes lengthwise in half; scoop out centers into medium bowl, leaving 1/8-inch-thick shells. Beat potatoes with mixer 1 min. Add sour cream and cheese; beat until fluffy. Spoon into shells; top with bacon. Place in shallow baking dish.
Bake 20 min. or until heated through.
Thinly slice 2 green onions. Stir in white part of onions with the blue cheese. Before serving, sprinkle with green tops.
