4 baking potato es (2 lb.)
1/2 cup (1/2 of 8-oz. tub) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
1/2 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled

Heat oven to 400°F.

Prick potatoes in several places with fork. Bake 1 hour. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F.

Cut potatoes lengthwise in half; scoop out centers into medium bowl, leaving 1/8-inch-thick shells. Beat potato flesh with mixer 1 min. Add cream cheese spread and dressing; beat until fluffy. Stir in shredded cheese.

Spoon mashed potatoes into potato shells; top with bacon. Place in shallow baking dish.

Bake 20 min. or until heated through.
