2 pkg. (1-1/2 oz. each) chicken flavored ramen noodle soup mix
1 small cucumber, cut in half lengthwise, sliced
1 small red pepper, cut into strips
1/2 cup KRAFT Lite Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts, chopped

Cook Noodles as directed on package, adding contents of Seasoning Packets to boiling water. Drain noodles; place in medium bowl.

Add cucumbers and peppers; toss lightly.
