1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 jar (20 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
2 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
1 pkg. (2-layer size) lemon cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1-1/4 cups water

Heat oven to 350°F.

Arrange pineapple and orange segments on bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle evenly with dry gelatin mixes; set aside.

Prepare cake batter as directed on package, using eggs, oil and water. Spread batter over mixture in pan.

Bake 50 to 55 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 min. on wire rack. Invert cake onto serving platter; gently remove pan. Serve warm.
