Cook noodles in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding frozen vegetables to the boiling water for the last 3 min; drain. Return noodles to pan. Add soup, VELVEETA, tuna and milk; mix well.
Spoon into 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray. Mix cracker crumbs and butter; sprinkle over casserole.
Bake 30 min. or until heated through.
