1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup chopped sweet onion s
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese
2 cups milk
10 egg s
1 pkg. (7 oz.) KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Heat oven to 350ºF.

Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet, reserving 1 Tbsp. drippings in skillet. Drain bacon on paper towels. Crumble bacon; reserve for later use. Add mushrooms and onions to reserved drippings; cook and stir 2 min. or until onions are tender and mushroom juices have cooked off. Remove from heat. Stir in bacon.

Meanwhile, microwave Neufchatel in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 to 40 sec. or until softened; whisk until creamy. Gradually add milk, about 1/4 cup at a time, whisking after each addition until blended. Whisk in eggs. Pour into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with vegetable mixture and cheese. Cover with foil.

Bake 45 to 50 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean, uncovering after 30 min. Remove from oven. Let stand 10 min. before serving.
