What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1-1/4 cups flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 egg s
1-1/2 cups BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/2 cup milk
12 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, quartered

Let's Make It
Combine first 4 ingredients in medium bowl. Beat eggs, sour cream and milk with whisk until blended. Add to flour mixture; stir just until blended.
Heat large skillet or griddle sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Spoon batter over bacon pieces in skillet, using 2 Tbsp. batter and 2 bacon pieces for each pancake; cook until bubbles form on tops, then turn over to brown other sides.
Serve with maple-flavored or pancake syrup.
