3 cups ORE-IDA Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheeses
8 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Heat oven to 350°F.
Place potatoes on bottom of 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle with cheese, bacon and onions.
Whisk eggs, milk and pepper until blended; pour over potato mixture in dish.
Bake 40 to 45 min. or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 5 min. before serving.
