Change up your classic New Orleans dish with Easy Foil-Wrapped Turkey Sausage Jambalaya! This quick and easy turkey sausage jambalaya sure is delicious.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 cup water
1/3 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
1 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Medium Salsa, divided
1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1/4 lb. cooked cleaned medium shrimp
2 oz. OSCAR MAYER Natural Uncured Turkey Sausage, cut lengthwise in half, then sliced crosswise

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Combine rice, peppers, water, barbecue sauce and 2/3 cup salsa. Spoon about 1 cup rice mixture onto center of each of 4 large sheets heavy-duty foil sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining ingredients. Drizzle with remaining salsa.
Fold foil to make 4 packets; place in single layer on baking sheet.
Bake 20 min. or until chicken is done. Cut slits in foil to release steam before carefully opening packets.
How to Grill
Heat grill to medium heat. Assemble foil packets as directed. Grill 15 to 20 min. or until chicken is done.
Prepare using frozen cooked cleaned medium shrimp.
