1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2 egg s
1 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 425°F.
Cut thin slice off top of each tomato; scoop out seeds. Discard tops and seeds.
Place tomatoes in small baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Add cheddar to tomato cups; slip 1 cracked egg into each cup.
Bake 22 to 24 min. or until egg whites are set and yolks are cooked to desired doneness, sprinkling with Parmesan after 10 min.
Sprinkle with basil.
Serve with toasted whole grain bread slices and cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon.
The tomato shells can be prepared ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 12 hours before filling and baking as directed.
Substitute your favorite KRAFT Shredded Cheese for the cheddar cheese.
