1/2 cup boiling water
3 Tbsp. (1/2 of 3-oz. pkg.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
2 cups cold milk
8 square shortbread cookies, coarsely crushed (about 1/2 cup)
1/2 cup quartered strawberries

Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Cool completely.

Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 min.

Spoon cookie crumbs into 8 parfait glasses; cover with layers of pudding, strawberries and gelatin.

Refrigerate 2 hours.

How to Use the Remaining Dry Gelatin Mix
Add additional 1/2 cup boiling water to remaining gelatin mix; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in additional 1/2 cup cold water. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
