Original recipe yields 24 servings
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley, divided
6 oz. cooked cleaned medium shrimp, chopped
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Finely Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend, divided

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 350°F.
Beat cream cheese, sour cream, garlic and 2 tsp. parsley in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add shrimp and 1 cup cheese; mix well.
Spread onto bottom of 9-inch deep-dish pie plate.
Bake 20 min. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.
Sprinkle with remaining parsley.
Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream, and KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese.
Serve with bread cubes and/or cut-up fresh vegetables, such as carrots, celery and bell peppers.
Substitute an 8-inch square baking dish for the deep-dish pie plate.
