Reserve half the tomatillos and 1/4 cup cilantro for later use. Place remaining tomatillos and cilantro in blender. Add all remaining ingredients except sour cream; blend until smooth.
Pour tomatillo mixture into bowl. Add reserved tomatillos; mix well.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Serve topped with reserved cilantro and sour cream.
