What You Need
Original recipe yields 20 servings
1/2 cup flour
1 Tbsp. TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix
2 egg s
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
2 avocado s, each cut into 10 slices
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Jalapeño Cheese

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 425ºF.
Spray rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. Combine flour and taco seasoning mix in shallow dish. Beat eggs in second shallow dish until blended. Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan in third shallow dish.
Dip avocado slices, 1 at a time, in flour mixture, then eggs, then bread crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each avocado slice with each ingredient. Place on prepared baking sheet.
Bake 6 min. on each side or until golden brown. Sprinkle with jalapeño cheese; bake 3 min. or until melted.
Serve with fresh lime slices.
