What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 pork tenderloin (1 lb.), cut into 24 slices
8 drained canned pineapple rings, cut in half
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1 large fresh jalapeño pepper, finely chopped
1 cup HEINZ HomeStyle Pork Gravy
8 Texas toast white sandwich bread slices, toasted

Let's Make It
Heat large heavy nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add meat; cook 1 to 2 min. on each side or until evenly browned on both sides. Mix marmalade and peppers until blended; spoon over meat. Simmer on medium-low heat 3 to 4 min. or until meat is done. Spoon meat mixture into bowl; cover to keep warm.
Add pineapple to skillet; cook on medium heat 1 min. on each side. Meanwhile, cook gravy in saucepan on medium-low heat until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Top toast slices with pineapple and meat mixture just before serving; drizzle with gravy.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese over each hot sandwich before drizzling with the gravy.
