3 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
1 broiler-fryer chicken (3-1/2 lb.), cut up
1 large onion, chopped
1 each green and red pepper, cut into strips
1 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 jar (24 oz.) CLASSICO Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
1/2 cup pitted black olives

Heat 2 Tbsp. oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 5 min. on each side or until all pieces are evenly browned on both sides. Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.

Add vegetables and remaining oil to skillet; cook 6 to 8 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently to scrape browned bits from bottom of skillet. Stir in pasta sauce and rosemary.

Return chicken to skillet. Bring sauce to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 25 to 30 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF), stirring occasionally.
