Shake up a campfire classic with our Crowd-Pleasing Mexican S'mores with Peanut Butter that can be enjoyed over the grill or straight out of the oven.

Original recipe yields 12 servings
12 graham crackers, broken in half (24 squares), divided
24 JET-PUFFED Marshmallow s, halved
1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Chipotle Peanuts
1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. chili powder

Heat grill to medium-low heat.

Arrange 12 graham squares in single layer on bottom of 13x9-inch disposable foil pan. Place marshmallow halves on graham squares; sprinkle with chocolate and nuts.

Combine remaining ingredients. Spread each of the remaining graham squares with 1 tsp. peanut butter mixture. Place, peanut butter sides down, on top of graham squares in pan to form 12 s'more sandwiches. Cover with foil.

Place pan on grill grate. Grill 4 to 6 min. or until marshmallows are puffed and chocolate is melted. Let stand 5 min. before cutting to serve.
