Arrange 12 graham squares in single layer on bottom of 13x9-inch disposable foil pan. Place marshmallow halves on graham squares; sprinkle with chocolate and nuts.
Combine remaining ingredients. Spread each of the remaining graham squares with 1 tsp. peanut butter mixture. Place, peanut butter sides down, on top of graham squares in pan to form 12 s'more sandwiches. Cover with foil.
Place pan on grill grate. Grill 4 to 6 min. or until marshmallows are puffed and chocolate is melted. Let stand 5 min. before cutting to serve.
Prepare as directed, adding a layer of sliced bananas to the filling before covering with the top grahams.
