What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Prepared Horseradish
2 Tbsp. MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
4 zucchini, cut into 1-inch-thick slices
8 tilapia fillets (2 lb.)
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. chopped fresh dill

Heat greased grill to medium heat.
Mix first 4 ingredients until blended.
Thread zucchini onto skewers. Brush zucchini, then fish with oil. Grill 10 min., turning after 5 min.
Brush fish with horseradish mixture; grill 5 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork and zucchini is tender, turning zucchini occasionally.
Remove zucchini from skewers; place on platter along with the fish. Sprinkle with dill.
Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Lite Dressing.
Prepare using 2 each zucchini and yellow squash.
Substitute KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise for the MIRACLE WHIP.
